Our business-only Technical Support Centre provides Channel Partners with access to an award winning team. We work closely with end users and Channel Partners to ensure a professional customer experience. Our technical support team delivers a tiered support service for our customers and Channel Partners, in addition to resolving technical issues, support and assistance.

Pre-sales and sales

We provide a comprehensive set of tools and resources to drive sales and growth. Sales support includes pricing, sales tools, consultancy and design, account management and planning, competitor analysis and training.

Training

Sales and technical training aims to build product expertise and knowledge to assist in selling the solutions.

Portal and ongoing communication

We are committed to building long term relationships with our Channel Partners. We provide secure access to the Channel Partner portal where all sales and marketing support materials, competitive information and relevant channel tools are available. We provide regular communication on product maintenance, updates and new product announcements to ensure our Channel Partners are benefiting from the most up-to-date material.
